
Consulting service, implementation and software configuration for the management of the Snyextya software house projects, the assignment of tasks to collaborators and the counting of working hours on the projects themselves.
After testing various management and/or project management software, including Monday, Wrike, Notion, Trello (which we used previously) and others, the one in question then implemented best met the business needs.
Among the various pros and cons; the primary strength of the software is certainly the management of hours, something that I could not find (at least like this) in any of the other software I’ve tried.
In fact, it is possible to assign a number of hours to a project or to a task, assign the related tasks to collaborators, and always have the ratio between the hours available for the project and the hours worked under control:

It is then possible to communicate and follow the progress of the task/project with collaborators directly within the tasks, receiving reports of the hours worked by collaborators for those tasks:
